Follow Friday: Favorite Kid Book Memories!
For Friday's Quantum Entanglement Blog Tour stops, we have an Interview at Rally the Readers and I'm also guest posting about Maggie and Marcus's Top Ten Significant Memories over at Bookworm Brandee's blog. Check those out if you have a second. :D
Follow Friday
Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers -- but you have to know -- the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.
The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it'll allow us to show off more new blogs!
How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools -- keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them "hi" in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!
What were some of your favorite picture books as a kid? If you have kids, what are your favorites to read to them? (All covers courtesy of Goodreads.com unless otherwise linked.)
The ones I remember reading the most as a kid are:

I don't have kids of my own, but I do live with my sister and her two-year old. I read her everything I love--Dr. Seuss, Clifford, Arthur, Disney princess books, etc. But I really love to read her Winnie-the-Pooh books. They always make me laugh.
How about you? What are your favorite kids books?

ReplyDeleteI weirdly never read where the wild things are till I was in high school. I saw it at a book fair thing and ended up buying it not knowing about it's awesomeness till then! So i didn't add it to my list since I didn't read it when I was little :(

Winnie the Pooh is totally cuddly but for some reason I haven't read the book nor watch the cartoon adaptation. I know, I know. I was pretty busy watching Disney cartoons and Barbie films. Yikes! Hahahah.
